Do you know your ring size?

Many people don’t know their “real” ring size, or if you’re buying for that someone special it is even harder! So at Bijou by Sarah, we thought we’d help you out so you know what size to buy!

Tips

  • Measure your fingers in the evening when they are warmer
  • Rings with a thicker band will feel tighter, like our Hammered Ring, so we’d suggest you go up a size
  • Rings should fit comfortably on your finger and be able to slide over your knuckle.
If your knuckle seems a lot bigger than your finger, we’d advise to also measure here as well as the base of your finger

What you’ll need:
A piece of string, a pen, a ruler and the below size chart!

  1. Wrap a piece of string around the base of the finger you want to measure – it should be snug but not tight
  2. Mark with a pen at the point where the string crosses (you may need a handy helper for this)
  3. Place your string alongside the ruler ensuring it is straight and reasonably taut
  4. Make a note of the measurement
  5. Check against the size chart to see which UK ring size you are

There you have it – a simple guide to knowing your UK ring size!
